Carrots in my Ears

Since Caed was very little we have been saying, "Let's get those carrots out of your ears." I think my parents used to say that to us when we were young - referring to ear wax. Never really thought twice about it. Then this morning Sean went to get Caed up and the first thing C told Daddy was,

C- "I found a yucky carrot in my ear."

Sean - "What did you do with it?"

C- "I ate it and it was yucky!"
