all the food i got at the market for $6.50. that is a prok tenderloin in the front left. i ended up chopping, blanching and freezing carrots, peas, beans, and corn and stewing tomatoes for freezing. next day we ate apricot and ginger glazed tenderloin with carmalized onions and squash- so yummy
