for sometime now I have been planing on borrowing a pasta rolling machine from a friend here and making lasagna noodles and ravioli. so first i made the ricotta cheese. it turned out really yummy! a woman who has been here many years passed on the recipe.

finished product. hope they taste yummy, i know the three cheese stuffing does since i sampled that :) they are all in the freezer now, until a day when i have time to make some sauce. ahhhh time. thank goodness caed naps, and is still thoroughly enjoying all his b-day presents!
in case you were wondering, we are ordering chinese food tonight. not the kind you probably order, but deep fried kidney beans, pork ginger and red peppers, sauted greens, tofu with tomato and ground meat, and some sort of potato thing.
