we tried going out to get Caed's hair cut - that failed. so i took on the challenge of cutting it at home. well four days and three 'sessions' later we are done! Thanks for the advice from Val and Kimmy. This boy does NOT like to get his hair touched let alone cut! We had m&m's, cartoons, daddy making silly faces...you name it, and still there was a lot of head shaking and arm flailing.
thankfully we won't need to do that again for another 5 months :) .
